Description

Serve members and guests by maintaining golf cart and range conditions and attending to golf bags. Greet all members and guests; provide instruction on proper cart handling and the loading of clubs on the golf carts, as needed. Ensure an adequate level of range balls; collect, clean and deliver balls; rotate mats; ensure functioning of lighting equipment, and tee alignment; maintain clean water in club cleaner and ball washer. Other duties include trash removal, golf ball picking, culling of cracked or damaged range balls.

Qualifications

 

·         The ability to operate the following equipment: golf cart, golf ball picker, ball washer, ball dispenser, pressure washer and golf cart jack.

·         Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are required for this position.

·         Valid California Driver’s License and ability to be insured on Company’s insurance policy required.

·         High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

·         Starting Salary: $12.00 hourly


LEAD SERVER

Description

Under the direction of the F&B Manager, assist with the general operational flow of the dining room; assist with the supervision, training and supporting all front of the house staff; responsible for providing a positive dining experience, personal attention and exceptional customer service to guest; proficient in serving food and/or beverages in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.  Assist with set-up, service and execution of special events and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 

·         One (1) to three (3) years related experience in general restaurant/bar standards.

·         Cash Handling experience.

·         Previous supervisory experience preferred.

·         Excellent ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with the public and staff.

·         Must possess excellent business sense and high professional ethics.

·         Must possess a high regard for customer service and employee relations.

·         The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

·         Must possess or be able to obtain a Food Handler Card prior to the first day of work.

·         High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CUSTODIAN MAINTENANCE

Description

Under the direction of the Golf Custodial Services Supervisor, perform routine custodial duties to maintain golf facilities in a clean, orderly, and secure condition. Duties include, but are not limited to, clean & vacuum floors and carpets, sanitize bathrooms and break rooms. Perform outside grounds maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

 

·         Minimum of one (1) year of related experience or training in the custodial arts.

·         Valid CA Driver’s License and be insurable on the company policy.

·         Must be able lift/push up to 50 lbs and stand up to 8 hrs.

·         Able to work flexible hours.

·         High School diploma or G.E.D. preferred.

BARTENDER

Description

Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems. Issue, open, and serve wine and champagne. Set up and maintain the cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, glasses, dishes and other tools. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs. Provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

 

·         Excellent verbal skills.

·         Ability to tactfully and diplomatically deal with customers and staff.

·         Knowledge of all phases of beverage administration, cost control, and familiarity of all beverage services required.

·         Excellent customer service skills are essential.

·         Valid Food Handler Card is required prior to starting work.

·         It is encouraged but not required for individuals to have a bartending license/certificate.

·         Availability to work nights and weekends, flexibility with scheduling. Must be 21 years of age or older.

·         High school diploma or GED preferred.

·         Salary $12.00/hr

 


 

 

COOK II

Description

Under the direction of the F&B Manager, prepares food/menu items (hot and cold) for guest consumption utilizing approved recipes, cooking methods and ingredients; prepare food for the line and buffet production; responsible for all prepared food production and menu item preparation; maintains all food, equipment and kitchens to set health codes and golf course standards; cook meals for the Golf Course restaurant and special events.

Qualifications

 

·         Minimum of two to four years experience as a Line Cook/Cook II in a full service dining establishment or food service establishment with a minimum one year experience in a specialty area i.e., broiler, sauté or wok cooking.

·         Must possess or be able to obtain a Riverside County Food Handlers Card.

·         Candidate needs to be flexible and available to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

·         High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

·         Starting at $15.00/hourly
