Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon

Description

Under the direction of the F&B Manager,leads all cooks in production and preparation of food/menu items (hot and cold) for guest consumption ensuring utilization of approved recipes, cooking methods and ingredients; prepare food for the line and buffet production; responsible for all prepared food production and menu item preparation; maintains all food, equipment and kitchens to set health codes and golf course standards; cook meals for the Golf Course restaurant and special events.

Qualifications

 

·         Minimum of five to seven years experience working in a high-volume line cooking or production cooking full service dining establishment or food service establishment with at least two years experience in a lead capacity preferred.

·         Must possess or be able to obtain a Riverside County Food Handlers Card.

·         Candidate needs to be flexible and available to work mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.

·         High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

·         Culinary arts degree or certification preferred.

·         Starting at $17.50/hourly.
