Tukwet Membership Update during COVID-19

During this time we will have modified procedures to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff adhering to the Park and Play Program in regards to the Social Distancing Guidelines.

We appreciate your support and understanding during these modified procedures and thank you for complying with our guidelines. Ensuring the safety of yourself, fellow customers and Tukwet Canyon staff members are of our highest priority.

**Please make sure you wear a mask at all times otherwise you will not be allowed to golf**


All future Membership charges will remain cancelled and when Tukwet Canyon is fully operational in all departments a new membership application will need to be submitted to Mark Lamb at [email protected]. This includes but is not limited to Full Membership, Limited Membership, Social Club Membership.

We feel that this is the best way forward for all Members so you are not locked in to your previous agreement and can ease any financial burdens or restrictions individuals have to help you through this Pandemic. We want to do our part to help you through these uncomfortable times. If you have any specific questions please feel free to reach out to me directly.
 
Any Member who had previously prepaid for Golf for the entire year will have their membership reactivated effective immediately with a 5 week extension due to the COVID19 temporary closures and MUST continue to book through General Manager, Henry Liaw [email protected]. If you are uncomfortable returning to golf please contact [email protected] to make arrangements.
 
Below is a list of Membership Types with new details to make up for the COVID19 temporary closure where we were unable to fulfill our full agreement to use, a valued Member and customer to the Golf Club.
 
All reservations will be booked online, excluding a Member who has pre paid for the full year.
A spreadsheet will be kept at the check in table with your name and number of rounds available to use. Once these are used up you will be subjected to pay the rate that you reserve for online.
(Remember if you book a tee time for multiple players and not all show you will be responsible for paying all greens fees for your reservation)
 
  • Limited Member who is typically charged on the 1st of each month, will receive 5 rounds of golf, redeemable currently any day any time.
  • Limited Member who is typically charged on the 15th of each month will receive 10 redeemable currently any day any time.
  • Full Member who is typically charged on the 1st of each month will receive 6 rounds of golf, redeemable currently any day any time.
  • Full Member who is typically charged on the 15th of each month will receive 12 rounds of golf, redeemable currently any day any time.
All previous account credits, gift cards and script cards will be available to be redeemed for golf during this time ONLY until further notice. If you would like to reload your gift card to ensure a quicker smoother check in experience we most definitely encourage this...please email me the completed attached credit card authorization form attached and we can process this for you as soon as possible...you will receive an email with a copy of the receipt immediately after transaction has been completed.
 
We hope this covers a lot of everyone’s questions and clarifies rates for Members. We all want to make sure safe Social Distancing along with health and safety is being met. We would like to thank you in advance for your understanding and to be patient with us as we continue to work through these uncertain times to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
