Do I have to be a member to book an event at Tukwet Canyon?

Tukwet Canyon is a public course, so everyone is welcome to hold an event at our club.

What is included in the per person price?

● Depending on the package you choose, they are completely unique and customizable.
● Event hours are for 4 hours with additional hours available for purchase.
● All food packages, either plated or buffet will include soft drinks, coffee and hot tea, a no host bar including the bartender with no additional fee.

What do you need to reserve the date?

You are required to provide a $500 non-refundable retainer that applies to your event, a signed contract and a Credit Card on file. We take Cash, Check, Cashier’s Checks, Visa, Master Card and AMEX.

How many people can fit into the Banquet Facility with a Dance floor?

We can accommodate up to 240 guests with a dance floor which is 24 tables of 10 people per table. We also have an overflow on the patio, which is a very popular option.

Do you have a minimum guest count?

No. there is not a required minimum guest count, although we do have minimums that we must meet on popular seasonal weekends. Please contact our Catering and Sales Coordinator for more details.

Do you offer discounted prices for children?

Yes, we do and can also customize a child’s buffet just for the 12 and under if desired.

What is not included?

You are responsible for providing your own florist, photographer, videographer, DJ, projector and any specialty cakes, candy or desserts.

However, we can provide a preferred vendor list per request.

What size tables do you use to set guests and how many fit at each table?

We seat guests at 60” rounds that seat 8-10 guests with our banquet chairs.

How late can my event go?

All events at Tukwet Canyon must end by 12:00am with no exception.

Can I have a live band?

If you host your event in our Banquet Room live music is allowed. You may use non-amplified live music (String Quartet, Harpist, Violinist, Pianist or Singer) for your Ceremony. Due to residential sound ordinances, Tukwet Canyon may allow outside music, but please inquire before making that decision.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Tukwet Canyon does not allow any outside beverage service. We have a fully stocked bar that includes bartends and does not require a fee or minimum to have. If you wish to bring in your own bottles of wine or champagne, we will require a corking fee along with proper pouring service by our staff. Please inquire for further detail.

Can I have a cash bar?

Yes. We also offer many hosted beverage packages as well that we can customize for your budget.

Do you offer seasonal discounts?

No. Unfortunately, the only discount we offer is a 10% discount to Active Military Personnel.

Is there a cake cutting fee?

No. We will cut, plate, and serve your cake at NO additional cost!

Can I provide my own caterer?

Tukwet Canyon's in house chef provides all food for Tukwet events. The only outside food allowed is the wedding cake, desserts or candy bar which must come from a licensed bakery in a health approved kitchen. Please enquire with our Catering and Sales Coordinator for more details on this topic for cultural food desires.

Can you accommodate an event in a tent at Tukwet Canyon?

Absolutely, we have a larger flat area on our lawn East of the Clubhouse that can accommodate a tent for up to 300 people and also an area on our driving range that can accommodate for 300+ people. However, we do not have a tent on either area and a rental for the tent would be an additional charge.

Do I need to provide any coordination?

No. Our coordinating professionals will see to it, that all your event needs and onsite planning is done just the way you want it!

Do you offer shuttle service for event guests to Morongo Casino Resort and Spa?

Yes, we can shuttle hotel guests to and from with a timely arrangement and also we can arrange transportation through our local vendors to other locations.

What time can vendors access the space for set up prior to an event?

Vendors can access the room 2 hours prior. Contact our Catering and Sales Coordinator for more information.
