REGULATIONS

Our goal is to provide an enjoyable, safe and memorable experience for every golfer.

These rules and regulations are in place to promote a positive experience and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all golfers and guests at Tukwet Canyon.

RESERVATIONS & TEE TIMES

  • Tee times may be reserved up to 14 days in advance.
  • All players must check in at the golf shop at least 20 minutes prior to their tee time.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the full amount of the tee time.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

  • If the course is closed for the day, you will not be charged a no-show fee.

  • In inclement weather, please check in at the course or call the golf shop for the latest update on course conditions and cart usage.

PLACE OF PLAY

  • Players are required to keep pace with the group in front of them and/or to complete 18 holes in four hours and thirty minutes, whichever is less.

DRESS CODE

  • Proper golf attire is required at all times.

  • Soft spikes are required on the golf course.

  • Denim, cut-off shorts, gym shorts, tank tops, halter tops, swimwear, and shorts more than 4” above the knee are not allowed on the golf course or in the clubhouse.

ON-COURSE ETIQUETTE

  • Repair all ball marks, fill divots, and rake bunkers.

  • Keep noise to a minimum and allow faster groups to play through.

  • Cell phones should be used in a courteous manner.

USE OF GOLF CARTS

  • Golf carts must be driven in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Carts are permitted on fairways of all par 4s and 5s at a 90° angle from the cart path.
  • Two riders and two bags per cart. No more than two carts per foursome.
  • If our golf cart usage policy requires a minimum age of 18 years and verification of a valid driver’s license will be required.

GUEST POLICY

  • All guests must be accompanied by the registered golfer at all times. Guest fees are payable at the time of play.

  • Discounts and guest passes are not valid for tournaments or special events.

GENERAL CODE OF CONDUCT

  • The General Code of Conduct applies to all customers. All players are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, safe and courteous manner toward other golfers, staff and the golf course.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you fail to show up for your tee time, arrive more than 10 minutes late, and/or do not fill all positions in your reservation, you will be charged in full for each player in the tee time.
Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 48 hours prior to your tee time via email to [email protected] and you must receive a confirmation reply. By providing your credit card at the time of booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

COURSE RECOGNIZED HOLIDAYS

Prime rates may be in effect and tee time availability may be limited on the following recognized holidays:

  • January – Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • February – President’s Day

  • May – Memorial Day

  • June – Juneteenth

  • July – Independence Day

  • September – Labor Day

  • November – Veterans Day

  • November – Week of Thanksgiving

  • December – Friday before Christmas through New Year’s Day
